Welcome to Gulfstream Cottages 312! This beautifully decorated, two-bedroom, two-bath townhouse has all the necessary furniture, electronics, and appliances and is less than a five-minute walk away from the beach.

This rental features:

-Bedroom #1: hardwood floor, King-sized bed with firm mattress, desk, dresser,1080p HDTV

-Bedroom #2: hardwood floor, queen-size bed, a bunk bed (two twin beds, upper twin bed only for child), dresser, 1080p HDTV

-Bathrooms: two bathrooms, combination tub/shower, towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap provided

-Living room: wood floors and traditional furnishings with queen-size sleeper sofa, 50' HD smart TV with Ruko streaming channels and DVD player, High speed, Free Wi-Fi access (standard internet)

-Fully equipped kitchen with appliances, plates, bowls, paper towel, utensils, and cookware

-Dining area: dining table seating for four, and two counter seating

-Linens and towels, laundry with washer and dryer

-Enclosed backyard with patio with a charcoal grill and table/chairs seating for four

-Covered front porch with comfortable chairs

-Beach chairs (6) and beach umbrella (1) provided

Adorable home
The house is in need of a deep cleaning but you don’t notice it if you aren’t looking closely. My teenage daughter has a fear of spiders so she noticed every cobweb. The staircase is a little steep but other than that the home served our family of 6 perfectly.

Wonderful home
The owners have a lovely home. Well furnished and well kept plus the owners are extremely attentive and respond via text to any question during your stay almost immediately. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this unit.

The house is pristine,and the location is perfect for beach lovers.
The home owner is very welcoming, the house is very comfortable, very close to the beach and the beds are perfect for those of us who want a firm mattress. Kitchen is fully equipped. I would certainly be happy to stay there again

The property was easy to find with many stores and shopping within a few miles. The walk to the beach was only a few minutes and we really enjoyed the salt water pool. my husband has allergies to chlorine so this was a bonus.

Great Beach House with a Great Location
Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay at this beach house. The house was very clean, well stocked and conveniently located near all of the Myrtle Beach attractions. The kids enjoyed the clean pool, and it is only a short walk to the beach. We had great communication before, during and after our stay with the owner, Lily. She was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had.

Lily's place is fantastic and I would highly recommend staying here. The place was immaculate and Lily provides lots of little extra touches, lots of towels, extra pillows, laundry detergent packets, and all the basic necessities. I also love the South End location. I will be a repeat customer.

Nice house and owner
The house is conveniently located about 2 blocks from the beach and between 5-15 minutes away from the attractions of Myrtle Beach(like the Skywheel, Alligator Adventure, Mini Golf and many restaurants). Lily is very quick to respond to any questions you may have and send you everything you need to stay at her house 1-2 weeks before your stay. The house is very cozy and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Wonderful Property
My friends and I throughly enjoyed our stay at Lily’s place. She answered fast if we had anyone questions and was very helpful throughout our stay. The location of the house was perfect, it was a short walk to the beach and had a nice pool as well. It was a good amount of space and had nice appliances to use. Perfect for our family!
Our family absolutely loved this house and our time in MB! The house is a perfect size and is maintained really well. We loved being so close to the beach (public access is just across the street), but also enjoyed the community pool as well! Finally, the landlord was very considerate and even gave us a call when we got there to make sure everything was okay. Overall, wonderful stay and would love to come back again sometime!
