Beautiful Oceanfront, Grand Atlantic Resort, 3rd FL, Attached Parking Garage

Snow Birds. We only rent January and February with reduced rates. Please inquire for rates if you are interested in January and February.

If you don't like heights, this 3rd floor condo is the place to be. Great view from the 3rd floor as you will see from the pictures. If you choose not to go out to the beach, you can sit on the balcony and still feel like you are on the beach as the beach is so close. Direct oceanfront condo with indoor and outdoor pools. There are 2 kiddie pools, 2 regular pools, a lazy river, and hot tub. This third floor unit will save time waiting on elevators. Parking garage attached to 3rd floor entrance/convenient.

Experience the scenic view from the kitchen and dining area. You can stand in the kitchen and dining area and see the waves and people on the beach. Park on the third floor of the parking garage and walk right in. All TV's in the condo are flat screens and the Living Room has a 50" flat screen. Living area and master bedroom are both oceanfront with sliding doors leading out to the balcony. While many three bedroom units in Myrtle beach only offer two baths, this unit has three full baths.

Located in beautiful South Myrtle Beach. Close to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, golf and located 2.5 miles from Myrtle Beach Airport.

There is so much to do in this location. We usually stay within 15 minutes of the condo with so many recreation and food options but this trip explores Barefoot Landing and we were thrilled we did! The condo is spacious with 3 full bathrooms and a full kitchen. Perfect for family trips. Martha is easy to contact and so helpful!

We had 4 adults, 6 children ages 2-13. We had a great stay and didnt feel like there was not enough room. Kids really enjoyed the pool, lazy river and we weren't far from shops and attractions. Definitely would recommend to others. Owners were very easy to communicate with before we got there. We didn't need anything while we were there.

1st family vacation with new grandbabies twins
Since we were military: getting together for vacation was always an issue. This was our first family vacation we had been able together for quite some time and with 2 yr old twin grandbabies. It was very nice place. Parking garage a bit tight for parking but overall great vacation. Definitely looking to book again!

The condo was perfect. The best part was the large balcony overlooking the ocean. The building is 20 stories and it was great sitting on the third floor balcony a 3 story listening to the waves. The owner was quick to respond! Recommend to friends and family.

Nice spacious condo with awesome view of the ocean. Balconies were large and so were the bedrooms and bathrooms. Beds were firm, which we really liked. Kitchen was well equipped for all of our needs. Except for some minor issues, all in all this was a great place to stay!

The condo was clean and very well furnished. The access from the parking garage couldn't have been better. Elevators are right outside of the front door. Beautiful view from the balcony. Perfect Getaway
A group of 7 of us were down for a baseball trip, and we couldn't be happier with the accommodations!! A couple of very minor snags, but Martha was great and quick to respond. Have the third bathroom was a huge plus!! We hope this unit is available again next March when we come back down again!!
