There are many restaurants close by, all within walking distance or 5 minute drive. The Patricia Grand Resort is a pet friendly hotel. Our condo has a two pet limit. There is a $125 pet fee for each furry friend. You will need to bring your own pool and beach towels.
As we all know , VRBO rentals (private owners/vacation rental companies) do not offer daily housekeeping and linens exchange.
A nice welcome package is provided for each guest which Includes:
- Linens, towels, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom, one 8 cup coffee package with filter, 1 bag of Kirkland Popcorn, 1 box of tissues, 1 bar of soap, 1 snack bar, 1 extra trash bag, 4-6 mints, shampoo, and a coupon book
- These items will not be replenished after they have been used.
House Rules:
- No smoking
- Pet friendly with fee (maximum 2 allowed) - One time fee of $125 for each pet, 20 pound max weight.
- Cleaning service is only provided at the end of your stay
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- Only responsible adults need to reserve our unit

Beautiful room and great service!
The property is beautiful and the room was super clean and smelled great! We missplaced our keys to our vehicle while out with friends so panicked and lost track of time so the entry code expired with out bags still inside. One quick call and we were back inside and found our keys after re-tracing our trips. Highly recommended with great communication!

Our family enjoyed our stay at the Patricia Grand. The room was clean, festive and convenient with a great ocean view. Some of the things I enjoyed the most was how quick it was to get to the tourist attractions, indoor and outdoor pools, hammocks by the beach, outdoor bar by the pool, Starbucks in the resort, resort was easy to navigate, beach was not crowded, restaurant onsite. This is a very dog friendly resort.

Great condo for two
Perfect little condo for a couples get away. Exactly as described by the host. Beautiful view of the ocean, the balcony is slightly off facing so you don't get all of the wind coming down the beach but it doesn't obstruct the view at all. The location is great, plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Indoor and outdoor pools/hot tubs were clean and there were plenty of pool chairs. The resort staff was super friendly and helpful. The kitchenette had everything we could've ever needed. The bathroom is a tiny bit snug, but it's big enough to do what you need to do and there's plenty of hot water. If you're looking for a beach front condo on a budget but don't want to get stuck with something nasty or sketchy this place is PERFECT!! We're definitely keeping this resort in mind the next time we want to take a trip to Myrtle Beach.

We spent so much of our time on the balcony as we didnt feel the need to go to beach for the view, we had a better view on balcony, although for sunrise it is amazing to go down to the beach and enjoy the cool sand in your toes and watch the warmth of the sun come up with our fur babies. Unfortunately one of my fur babies became quite ill, but she still enjoyed chasing the waves and walking the sandy beach. Jay was great at returning my numerous messages. I would just recommend a couple of things, the room could use just a little paint touch up in places, it is showing some age, but that we all do anyways right! Would love to return soon

The Patricia Grand facility is very old and worn down. The plastic walls by the indoor pool are ripped and look terrible. When it rains there is water by the elevators with a sign that it may be slippery. Signs dont stop people from falling. Moping up the water and using a fan or heater would dry the area and be safer. The sliding door in the lobby was out of order the whole time we were there. Some of the staff appeared too busy to help answer any questions. The room was outdated and not very clean. The walls need to be sanded, properly patched and then repainted. The popcorn ceiling in the bathroom had spots of mold. The shower enclosure is fairly new but it needs a deep cleaning. The balcony furniture needs sanding and painting and the windows look like they havent been washed in quite a while. Overall we were disappointed with these accomodations.

Our stay would have been better if we had better weather, but thats the risk you take with mid-December. No dishwasher, and not many dishes. Only one wine glass. Restaurant downstairs was just ok, but their staff was excellent. Balcony view was great.

Myrtle Beach Vacation
The stay in Myrtle Beach was a part of our long trip in the Carolinas. The place was very clean, the bed was comfortable. My mom did not pull out the couch as it was already big enough for her. The washroom was clean , AC was working great, Kitchen had whatever we needed. The Patricia Grand property was very clean and the staff were constantly cleaning main areas including main lobby, elevator and the pool area. The staff were very nice and courteous. The best thing i love about the place is the view from the balcony and the close proximity of the building to the beach. All in all we were very satisfied with our stay.

The day we arrived, we had a little problem with cleanliness. Undoubtedly, someone was sleeping on the sofa bed soaking wet. The mattress had mildew stains underneath and the bottom portion of the bed, didn’t have hooks attached, so the mattress would fall to the floor. Called the owner, he responded with a mattress within hrs. The very next day he had replaced the whole sofa bed. That was really nice of him and we continued to enjoy our vacation. Everything is within walking distance. The pool is down stairs and the beach is a walk right past the pool. They do all kinds of fun activities around the pool for the kids and Adults! Since, we rode the elevator a lot, I think they could have cleaned that a little more. Your animals are welcome but some do not clean up after and the elevator smelled like urine, after our first day. Last but not least, the pool. The pool was fun but usually you expect to smell chlorine or some kind of cleaning agent. That you did not. So I’m not sure how all of that is being cleaned but I do know my kids come down with a sinus infection. Other than that, the room is a Studio, it’s slightly furnished with all your needs. . Starbucks is a block away. The boardwalk is about 2 miles away. We had a good time. That’s all that matters

First VRBO/ Myrtle beach experience
Pictures are looking great but did not tell everything .. here are the full detail reviews based on our own experience during four night stay. Pros: beach front , easy excess, ice cream shop , Starbucks within walking distance .. however if you plan bring family to nearby pier for fishing or water sports adventure then you need drive there on-site restaurant and beach bar right next to swimming pool Cons: unit itself very small, keyless access kind pain in the neck, you have to memorize 10 digit code or write on piece paper kind inconvenient in my opinion. Upon enter the unit/ quick inspection, dressers,table all have scratches marker. sofa bed broken my daughter wake up with back pain (owner did reply and promise will follow up at later time ..wish he could take care sofa bed prior to our check in) queen size bed headboard broken, we can feel the box spring under mattress. Bathroom kind of disgusting with burned mark on top of sink,dirty floor and towel hanger at back door has missing screw, ceiling exhaust fan full of dust, bathtub slow draining, water backed up ..looks like mold around the tub. very unpleasant experience ( property owner does reply and offered to have handy man stop by unfortunately our schedule won’t allow either of us be there due to busy schedule.. owner said he will follow up next day / never did. Wish he could have taken care all plumbing issues prior to our check in) Patio door lock won’t work.. over all very disappointed…

This condo is perfect for a family of 4. The room has a great happy beach vibe. Room was clean and smelled nice. The kitchen is fully stocked if you want to make meals! The resort staff was helpful and friendly. The pools are clean, large, and well maintained. Breakfast at the restaurant was tasty and the staff there was friendly as well.
