Condo is on the 16th floor with plenty of room for 10 people. Perfect for a two family stay. Lots of upgrades including brand new stainless steel appliances, beds, sofa etc.

Great weekend

We had a slight issue with the code given for parking garage, luckily we had a nice gentleman behind us that had the code enter it in for us. I communicated with the owner when this happened and they got back a little while later with the correct code. We had no other issues getting into the condo, which looked like pictures minus some different linens which can change from time to time anyway. Condo was clean and had everything we needed for a weekend at a dance convention and the beach. Would definitely book again next time we go there.

Everything we needed!

Wow! Location was incredible and the place was incredibly clean. Communication was clear, timely, and responsive. We literally had everything we needed and were able to relax to the max! We will definitely keep this unit at the top of our list when looking to come back to the area!

The unit was spotlessly clean and reasonably comfortable. The resort's amenities were very nice and in good shape. The view was spectacular from the condo and you could not get closer to the beach. We had no problems with any of the appliances and Janet was easy to reach. We enjoyed our stay at the Carolinian.

Overall, we had an amazing stay. We did have a small plumbing issue but the owner response was quick. The location is great as you can walk to the boardwalk and hit some of the beach restaurants. TRY MIMOSAS Restaurant for breakfast! (5 min drive)

Cozy Family room with spectacular views!

Overall such a great stay! Even though it was Labor Day weekend it wasn’t overly crowded! The parking although a block away was easy to get to and from. Ms Janet made sure we were taken care of! Will definitely book in the future and recommend it to my friends!

Was a nice location, quiet, clean and comfortable.

Enjoyed our stay. Check in and out was great. Requested an extension a day and a half in advance, for a few hours on check out day and was not handled promptly by vbro or host. Other than that an enjoyable experience.
