"The instructions to the shuttle bus was not clear. The stations are in the middle pick up area with the taxis but are on each end of the airport. I had to ask him to put my luggage on the bottom. The shuttle doesn’t provide wifi even though the drive is pretty long to go to the hotel. ( Grand Hyatt’s shuttle had free wifi ) …it’s about a 20 minute ride from Terminal 1. If you have a flight in the morning before 8am, there is no free shuttle to the airport even though the front desk is 24 hours....

"The staff were excellent at Shilla Stay Guro during my stay in January. There were quick and efficient with all my requests, such as adding parking after check-in. "It is located in the heart of city. Very good for public transit including the Express train from Incheon Airport and also shopping at Namdaemoon market and Lotte Outlet Mall. However the room was a little bit smaller than I expected and the city view was pretty nothing special."

"We have stayed in long-term accommodations near Yeouido and Gangnam multiple times, but this is the first time we’ve experienced such an exceptional combination of friendliness, convenience, and comprehensive facilities. While the nearby Conrad Hotel offers similar conditions, we were dissatisfied with their service and would instead recommend the Fairmont Hotel to others."

"I LOVE staying at the Ryse!! I’ve stayed at the Ryse 3 times now and it’s almost always my go-to whenever I visit Seoul. The staff are very professional and friendly, the rooms are nice & clean, and it is close to the train station and steps away from Hongdae, which imo is the best area to stay at (closest from airport, best late-night restaurants, though further from everything else but can train to Myeongdong, Seongsu, Gangnam easily).
