"The title says it all. The property is located at the heart of Austin. We walked everywhere in the city. The staff was friendly and the apartment is well-equipped and spacious. We had noisy lodgers upstairs for the first 2 nights which is not the hotel's fault; however, it is worth noting that sound travels between floors. The big question is 'Would I stay here again?' The answer is Yes."

"Nice property and good location. We stayed on the ground floor and about 2.30am the neighbors above entered. It sounded like they were moving in for the next 90 minutes. We heard every step and other.....unfortunately we did mot get much sleep due to that and the Friday night street noise."

"Cute lil chipotle apartment in a great area close to downtown and walking distance to cute shops and restaurants. The furniture is your standard mdf so it has a few chips in it. Also there’s like a rubber lining on the mattress and pillows that made them hot to sleep on. And the a/c shuts itself off every 4 hours. Not like when it reaches temp, but like OFF off. Still for the price point it’s great. "

"Love, love love it here! Close proximity to local Austin culture(music venues, bars, restaurants) and there’s a huge park right next to the property. The property itself is large so make sure you follow the map but once you take one walk around it’s easy to remember the layout. The gym is modern and clean and there’s a great coffee shop right in front. I would absolutely stay here again! "

"This house is absolutely perfect for a large group. Enough beds and space to spread out. The kitchen is amazing and well-stocked. The hosts were beyond easy to communicate with and the rental expectations were clearly stated. But the best part - THOSE VIEWS! Sunset on the patio was the best part of the day by far! "

"Driftwood Retreat and Ranch was exactly as advertised and our big family very much enjoyed our stay over Thanksgiving. The property has an "out in the country" feel even though it is only a half-hour or so outside of Austin. The separate buildings offered privacy for family units of varying sizes. The owner (Kristin) lives a short distance away in Austin and is readily accessible via text or email. She was one of the most responsive hosts we have ever experienced. "Beautiful home. Great location to Airport, COTA Racetrack, South Congress Avenue and local BBQ places. Having the pool to cool down after the race was great. Great hotel in Austin Texas

"The hotel was lovely, very comfortable and friendly. Reception staff (especially Tess!) couldn’t have been more helpful. We enjoyed our cocktail and great selection of vegetarian small plates in the rooftop bar and sitting round the fire in the lobby. Unfortunately we arrived in an unexpected cold snap (-10C with windchill making it feel like-16C) so we left a day early to avoid driving in the freezing dark. Everyone was really helpful in facilitating that and ensuring we received the refund. Will definitely go back one day when it’s warmer and we can enjoy the rooftop bar outside! The only thing I would change is the cost of (valet) parking ($54 per night seems a lot and you can’t just go and get stuff from your car when you want)."
