Mussertown Vacation Packages

At first one I arrived with my kids the front desk lady was nice and very polite the kids loved the lay out and the room was nice as well for an older hotel what killed our day was finding a bed bug in the bed . They tried to make it right by offering another room but the wife is the one and done kinda gal so it was short lived.

Stayed as the Dove rooms. Arrived ealier than check in, then waited about 15 minutes for any office staff to be in the office. Was told to wait 35 minutes (in reality over 1.5 hours) to get into my room, which is fine again I was early. Room was clean, but very unmaintained- multiple visible drywall dings/paint cuts/ WATER DAMAGE around tub; since they decided to use wooden trim around a jacuzzi. 2 person stand in shower, with horrible pitching caused slippery surface and water pooling. Tile and jacuzzi originally white- painted pink with latex paint- causing even MORE slippery of a surface. Cute room, just run down a bit (not unsalvagable- but needs work). Paid extra for the "creekview" room, only to have the "creek" be a ditch- with pallets of old brick and stone blocking the view. Once I took a look behind the fence it appears the neighbors are doing some serious flattening/new construction, which stops the creek and just breeds a sitting water of bugs. Not the best in that regard. We have been to other Honeymoon suites and had a much more romantic time, but we would try this one again with less expectations, good for a night- not multiple.

This place is amazing clean and so quaint.

Room was a bit dated. Breakfast was alright

Just little things, dirty floors in the elevator and the doors were very hard to operate. The staff was amazing and so helpful.
