"We had a great first time experience at this hotel. I do wish the rooms were a bit more upgraded and it also would've been nice for planning purposes to have access to the weekly schedule of activities prior to our trip. Additionally, the character meet and greets we're great, but for the 2.5 days we were there, they had the same 2 characters on repeat, which was very disappointing to my kiddo, especially because the 2 characters aren't her favs. Staff was very helpful and accommodating, and it was a great quick trip and experience overall :-)"
