The rooms feel somewhat dated, and the bathrooms have a very narrow bathtub. For the bathroom size, a shower would be a better option. The high-speed internet is sufficient for general use, but certain business VPN connections are restricted, which can make remote work challenging. While there is coffee provided in the room, it’s instant coffee. However, this wasn’t an issue for us since there are plenty of charming coffee shops and restaurants just steps away from the hotel. On the positive side, the location is excellent, the staff are friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are reasonably priced. I would recommend this place and would gladly stay here again.

Great location in Toulouse, especially if you are arriving/leaving from the train station, with good access to the city and sights as well. The hotel provides a comfortable stay, good beds and pillows, clean room on arrival. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. The only negatives were that the daily room service was hit and miss and our room was in a noisy spot by the stairs. We also got a lot of noise from gurgling pipes inside the room, so take earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Very good value overall.
