"My concerns were about the arrival process. I booked this on the train from Lisbon arriving at 2:45 pm. So I didn’t get check in details until after I arrived, so if you don’t have data you are SOL as reception closes at 3 pm ( Get that , check in at 3 ,doors shut tight at 3) I tried to call from the train and train station upon arrival but no answer. "Lovely apartment. Spacious and clean. Modern design and located juicy outside of the hustle and bustle. 10 minute walk to shopping area and metro. 25 min walk to Ribeira Square. The apartment has an elevator which really helps. Staff were amazing and able top give us earlier access. The only downside is the shower. Very little power and a bit difficult to navigate. Not a deal breaker by any means. Highly recommend this accommodation. "

"The property is very splendid impressive , the staff are consistently well trained and approachable. However we were disappointed with the lack of pressure from the shower, air conditioning worked on winter mode I.e. came on twice a day. "The hotel is beautiful and very peaceful. It is located outside of Porto and it’s quite a distance to walk into the city. However, the hotel does operate a free shuttle bus once a day, but book a slot early as it tends to fill up. Alternatively, you can get an Uber for about 6 Euros into the town. The breakfast selection is very good and the food in the restaurant was of a really high standard. "

"If you're arriving in Porto by bus or train, this is a fantastic option that is across the street from both the bus and train station. It is a quaint hotel with very helpful and courteous staff! I loved how it felt like a bed and breakfast even though it's a hotel - that's how nice the staff are! The bedrooms are quiet and well-appointed. The small bathroom is functional and has the amenities you would need. The breakfast has many options for food with fresh juice and a good coffee machine - and the bread is amazing! The location couldn't be better for travelling around Porto. We bought a train/transit pass for 72 hours and it was well worth it! The train will take you into central Porto in one stop - and to come back you just take any train and it comes back to this hotel. The hotel might not be in the centre of Porto but sometimes it's nice to get away from the hustle and bustle and explore a different part of the city. Plus, it's super close to transportation to take you to other parts of Portugal."
