After a long and exhausting flight, we arrived in the morning, and even though check in time was at 2 PM, they kindly allowed us to check in early. This was such a thoughtful gesture, especially as I’ve traveled to other countries where early check-ins are rarely permitted. "The hotel itself is incredible, the lobby is amazing and the amenities are brilliant. We were lucky enough to get upgraded at check in so our room was perfect as we had instant access to the pool. The staff was brilliant as well and it’s a brilliant place to stay if you plan on relaxing at the beach and just swimming. However, there’s nothing around the area in the hotel. You can’t walk anywhere as the hotel is in a secluded place and trying to get a taxi is difficult especially during the...

"Excellent level of service and attention to detail. It was a luxury having the lounge included in our stay and we enjoyed the wonderful hospitality and service throughout the whole hotel. Chef Austin from Scotland was a gem! And all of the team. Pools were great, spa could do with a facelift but other than that a wonderful family holiday in a great hotel that we would recommend and definitely stay in again. Thank you all."
