"Unimpressed by a hotel listed as five stars. We were struggling to bring in our luggages and the doorman didn’t bother to help hold the door open. Noticed the same with other guests upon check out. Either implement and automatic door system or have the doorman do his job. "

"This was truly a magnificent hotel. Upon entering the hotel you are immediately welcomed by a desirable fragrance in the air. The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was fantastic and ample. The overall environment of the hotel was breathtaking with all the furnishings and decors. The views from the Top were gorgeous!"

"From the moment I arrive, I was treated with above-and-beyond care! Tamara, front desk, was super welcoming, accommodating, and was just a cool person. Marshall's service and attention to detail were exquisite! I asked where was the nearest place to buy a product I forgot and Marshall simply asked what I wanted and then got it for me. Never had such service! "
