"The staff at Emmaus is what keeps us coming back. They are just very kind and help in any way that they can. The bed is comfortable and the room is kept very clean. The quiet was so appreciated and the location was great. We were able to walk to many of our meeting places and it was very easy to get an UBER ride to/from anywhere. Enjoyed it. "

"Beautiful view from the breakfast area. My room did not have electricity all during the day. The bathroom had no door just a ripped shower curtain. The shower didn’t work. It took 4 staff members coming in every 5 minutes to figure out the shower and by the time they showed us it was time to check out."

"I loved this place! The people were so nice and accommodating. The food was freshly made and delicious. It was a perfect spot to rest and relax after a long travel. "

"I’ve stayed there for 6 nights and it was so peaceful. The area is very quiet and secure. The room was cleaned daily and fresh linens and towels daily. Esther was lovely, always there looking after us and making sure that we were ok. Her breakfast every morning was delicious with fresh fruits and juice I would go back in a heartbeat "

"The place felt very safe and in a nice setting with plenty of green outside space. Rooms were very clean and spacious with nice private front terraces. The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially the onwer, Agnes, who arranged sightseeing trips in the area, airport transfer (15 mins) and other transport for us. "I am still awaiting my refund after booking, being sent a “we can’t wait to host you” email, and arriving after a long journey and being told there were no rooms available - and was suggested another hotel 3 hours away. Terrible communication from hotel and zero viable resolution offered from staff. Very frustrating "

"they need to inform clients upfront if they can't accept credit cards. When I tried to pay with my CC for meals I was informed that they can't accept credit cards. Apparently there was an issue with the bank. it creates a predicament to clients who do not have access to cash. otherwise, the stay was excellent "
