« This property was great to just go and relax. Lots of room to just roam around walk dogs explore fish etc. the only discrepancy I found was that the listing says it sleeps 15 but I really only found sleeping arrangements for 11. It didn’t affect our group as we only had 5 but for future people staying. Be aware of this, you can’t fit 4 more people on the couch in the living room so I don’t know where the other 4 people are supposed to sleep if you bring 15. But it was a very nice place overall. »

« The Pendleton Ranch was exactly what we needed for our trip to Ray Roberts Lake and Fort Worth for the Bassmaster Classic. The property my was close enough to the highway to make commuting easy but far enough away from the city where it felt like a trip to the farm. Communication with Peter was timely and the ranch was classic and tidy with plenty of amenities and things to do within minutes of the property. »

« Nice property on the inside however had a cold first 24 hours as house is connected to a huge metal barn that isn’t insulated and very cold in mid-February. Concrete floor in master bedroom adds to cold feeling. Also had to call rental agent to have someone come out and thaw out the pipes as they were frozen inside the barn resulting in no hot water in both bathrooms, which was taken care of in only a couple of hours. »

« New housing, very clean. Neighborhood is a little run down but no indication of condition of house. Just an FYI note…We stayed here instead of paying extremely high casino prices for one night thinking there would be an available Uber back-and-forth. It was available for the trip to the casino, but nothing was available in the wee hours of the morning. Husband had to walk back and get car. »

« Towering Oaks is a great venue that can accommodate your stay whether you have 5 people or need to host a large event. You should check it out. It's located in a very serene area just north of the DFW Metroplex. Wonderful location and the lodging was first class. It has a very relaxing atmosphere. Sitting on the patio by the firepit at night was the best. The staff was wonderful and were there onsite. I would definitely recommend this listing. »

« We really enjoyed our 3 nights, Only about 1.5 Miles from Winstar & all back roads. We loved that it was off the beaten path, very quiet, People in the area were very friendly. Drawback is there is not much in this town except the casino. But the casino is Huge! If you want to go to a real grocery store, its 30 min away in Gainesville, TX. »
