From the personalized welcome note to a separate one just for our dog (complete with treats!), we felt warmly welcomed from the moment we arrived.The house is stocked with absolutely everything you could need—and then some. I brought so many things I never even unpacked because James already had it all covered. We drove in through a storm, turning our 5-hour trip into a 7-hour trek, but the moment we stepped inside, it was all worth it.The spacious open floor plan, high cathedral ceilings, and peaceful view of the lake created the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The photos truly don’t do this property justice. Our teens loved the board games, and I loved curling up on the couch with a good book—it’s the coziest spot to read and recharge.Highly recommend this home for anyone looking for comfort, beauty, and thoughtful touches that make a stay unforgettable."

"I needed last minute accommodations, and wanted something different than just another motel. This place was PERFECT. Absolutely cozy and comfortable cabin, a lovely outdoor space to relax or stargaze, and a very friendly host who has clearly put care and effort into this space. I wasn’t sure what to expect from a “glamping” type stay, and it was well above my expectations. My only regret is that I couldn’t stay longer!"

"We stay in a lot of VRBO homes and this was a great experience. Many little and appreciated touches that a lot of owners do not think of. Plenty of room for the whole fam. My college aged kids loved the space to spread out and really enjoyed getting out on the lake. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. Both my husband and I had to work a bit and the internet did not fail us. My husband is from Lincoln and thought the location was great, especially since we were running into town where his parents live quite a bit. I highly recommend this property and hope to rent again. "
