"A good place, that worked well for my family. Host communicated very well. Location was perfect for our needs. There are some quirks to the property Lower level apartment, so you can hear upstairs movement and talking. No sink in the kitchenette. Tall people will have to watch out for the vent. "This was a great property. Perfect location that was 30 minutes to downtown Seattle. Charles was there when we got there to greet us with his 2 dogs and show us around. Our dogs enjoyed meeting them. Charles was very reaponsive throughout trip. Wone of the tooms has an air mattress that my daughter didnt love but otherwise this was a 5 star location for us! Charles also made sure we had a larger table to eat and play games!"

"The property was a good price for Seattle. We were able to find street parking during our three night stay. The common area was nice, although we never used it. The biggest bummer was not being able to use the television during our entire stay. The remote was broken and didn’t work when we put new batteries in. We let them know on the first day and the response was “I’ll let the housekeeper know.” We wouldn’t stay there again although it’s not a bad option."
