"I would give this property 20 stars if I could. It is absolutely beautiful. The view is amazing and never gets old. The kitchen is well stocked. Everything was super clean. This was a very comfortable place to stay. The location was good for us. We did a lot of hiking so some days we had a longer drive than others. It was always nice to come back, relax, put something on the grill for dinner and enjoy a glass of wine. Barbara's communication was great. Directions and check in/out was...

"The property was exactly what we were looking for! Close enough to downtown but far enough away to have privacy. This is a perfect getaway cottage for anyone who wants the best of both worlds city and country. The property manager is great and i will definitely be staying there again!"

"An easy walk or drive to Downtown Brevard shops / restaurants / cafes. Home was clean and spacious. Due to weather we were not able to use much of the outdoor space, but looking forward to returning this summer. Host is easy to communicate with. We didn’t have any problems or issues with this booking or our stay. "

"We stayed at Springdale the weekend after Christmas when visiting family. There was an issue with our room and we were upgraded for free which was a pleasant surprise. The grounds were clean and beautiful. Wendy at the Front was so helpful and very friendly, she really made our stay exceptional! We ate at the restaurant which was also good. Wonderful stay and nice perks in rooms!"

We ate at several fantastic restaurants just 2 miles from the house and did some challenging hiking in the mountains at Montreat just 4 miles away. Great stay!!"

"We had a great time with two other families that we book an annual mountain trip together for the past four years. The place was amazing -super clean and very accommodating!We had a wonderful time and appreciated all of the amenities. The one suggestion would be to have better sheets (thicker) at least on the king bed -the sheets were super thin and the fitted sheet did not stay put. Also the pillows were very uncomfortable."
