"I especially appreciate Ms. Bell, Ms. Magestic, and Ms. Lavonda for their hospitality and going above and beyond to ensure great customer satisfaction. I was traveling from out of state in a Uhaul and my large snake plant fell over causing soil to spill in the truck. Ms. Lavonda and maintenance were very accommodating and the maintenance manager swept out the truck for me. Then I absentmindedly left my jacket in the room, and Ms. Bell and Ms. Magestic coordinated the shipping of my jacket to my destination and it arrived the very next day! Not to mention the room was clean and the hotel was quiet. Perfect for our late check-in and overnight stay. I couldn’t be more impressed with Drury Inn & Suites and it’s wonderful staff in Birmingham. Thank you again for a caring and warm experience!"
