"Hotel was great. Remind me of and old school building on the outside, instead of your typical hotel. But very clean and pretty. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good and had a lot of choices. Bed and pillows was comfortable. Area was clean and safe. It is right by the interstate but couldn’t hear the traffic. Would stay again. "

"Front desk was extremely pleasant and helpful. We needed some help with our thermostat, and he immediately came to fix it. On checkout, a different gentleman helped me. Both were very conscientious. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Nice shower for a mid level hotel. Good breakfast. We visit sulphur springs several times per year and chose a different hotel this time due to price and short trip. We were very pleased. This isn't a lixury hotel, but it is very good as a mid or economy level. "

"The housekeepers are AMAZING!! In all our hotel stays in at least the last 10 years, this is the only place that’s ever done a clean up of the room while we were there without asking. Including refreshing all towels, sheets/bedding, and toilet paper etc. 10/10 would stay here again. Front desk ladies in the morning and the evening were all super sweet and helpful. Way to go ladies, even though we had to check out early, it was still the best experience we’ve had. "
