"This is the perfect spot for events at NRG with less than a mile walk. Plenty of eateries and a Target basically next door. The breakfast was good and check out the bar in the evenings. 24 hr coffee and water was a plus! Everyone was polite and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. "

"The property is beautiful and guest services / staff were amazing. I spoke to everyone from the front desk to the valet casually and often. I enjoyed lounging in the lobby area and the bar. The pizza was good but it was rather large for one person so I recommend people plan to share. The coffee shop is a must!!! I started my days with an iced caramel macchiato. Again the service is 10 out 10. I didn’t use the complimentary car service but they did offer it. They drop you off anywhere within a 2 mile radius. They offer valet parking but I found it pricey but it’s convenient for those who rented a car or drove in. You also have the option to park in the public parking space across the street. The rooms are huge! So spacious. Clean. Modern. My only issue was that they do not have a vending machine or store on the property. So for those who may have flown in late, please know the restaurant will most likely be closed and you would need to find a nearby store to grab a snack or other items. You can also order from uber which is what I did."
