"This place was perfect for us. Secluded and quiet area, great history, and great amenities. It’s definitely a historic cabin and may not be suitable for everyone, especially those who are taller than around 5’9”, or those with physical handicaps. For us it was perfect. The managers were great and communicated with us any time we asked questions. Highly recommend. "

"Enjoyed this beautiful property. Spectacular view of Antietam Battlefield. Great spot for Civil War enthusiasts who will enjoy this high lookout for the Union perspective. Was great for our small family reunion. Nice gathering spaces and several away spots for individual privacy. "

"It is a very quaint property and sed has the rustic cabin feel, the location was not as intimate as we hoped as it is in a regular neighborhood with close primary with neighbors. "

"This was a lovely getaway for me and my girlfriend. There were a few issues: the cabin could use a good dusting in kind of obvious spaces, host told us the cleaners hadn’t been in halfway through and that was a tad disconcerting, and I don’t think the listing mentioned how the cabin is so close to the main property. We think the privacy was still pretty good, but it would’ve been nice had that been clearer up front. Overall, a good stay. "

"This beautiful home was built by the owners and is tastefully decorated as well as nicely maintained. The location makes it extremely convenient for day trips to surrounding towns such as Frederick, Harper's Ferry and Gettysburg. The home is comfortable and can easily accommodate a large group. The hosts are very responsive. We enjoyed our stay and would rebook if we were to return to the area."

"The secluded and pristine property was an absolute joy to come back to after a long day on the mountain. The constant sound of the babbling creek just steps away from the back deck created the perfect setting for a wonderful mountain getaway. Also, our dog loved roaming the land and seeing the occasional Deer grazing in the woods. I highly recommend booking here. If we ever come back to ski at Liberty resort, this will be the first place I look for to stay in!"
