Come enjoy this 3-bedroom home that can accommodate 8 people. The home is just a short drive or walk (0.4 miles) to the Suissevale Beach! Gather around the large dining area for everyone to enjoy their meals or relax on the living room sofas after a long day at the beach. There is one full bath on the main floor as well as one bedroom with a full bed. Upstairs are two other bedrooms, the primary bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan and small private balcony. The other bedroom has a queen bed and full bed, and a window A/C unit.

Off the kitchen, separated by a glass sliding door, there is a sunroom with leather couches and a high top table for late night card games; the ceiling fan helps keep the room cool. Off the back of the sun room is a deck where you can use the gas grill to cook dinner for the group, and there's also a back yard off the deck. A washer/dryer is conveniently located on the first floor. Being so close to all of the Suissevale amenities (playground, sandy beach, basketball court), this is a great spot to stay for your summer vacation!

Sorry, no pets and no smoking permitted. Please note: The first-floor bedroom and the primary bedroom (second floor) do not have air conditioning. The third bedroom (upstairs) has a window A/C unit. There is parking for 3 cars.

PLEASE NOTE: As of 2022, the Suissevale Association no longer allows tenant use of the association beach on Saturdays. Instead, the property owner will provide a beach pass to the nearby State’s Landing Beach for guest use. Parking is available at State’s Landing Beach. Guests are able to enjoy the Suissevale Association beach on all other days during their stay except Saturday.

If you would like to rent linens, the fee for this property is $60 for sheets and $12 per person for towels. If you would like to have the beds made for you, the fee is $8 per bed

Dirty, Ant infested hole
Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived it was evident that no cleaning had been done in thisProperty in quite some time. Everything was grimy and filmy to the touch. The bureaus had sand in the drawers. We could not use the ac with the lights or the breaker would trip. This happened several times. The cable and electric wires in the outside of the house were ripped off twice during our stay due to hangingLow over the road. This was a major inconvenience as we were unsure if there could be a fire and we lost a day waiting for the repairs to be made as the repair person had to get in the house.

Great location but only one bathroom

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Suissevale for 20 years. We love the beach , boat access and windy, dirt roads in the community. While this house was in a great location to the beach, I didn’t notice that it only has one bathroom. The bathroom needs a major update as the toilet was tilted. There is no garage so the trash is under the deck, which attracted bears. The home is very dark. Only one AC in one of the upstairs bedrooms. Not a lot of kitchen utensils for cooking so we are out every night. The TV is old and didn’t work but the rental agency delivered a brand new TV! Great service!If the home gets a second bathroom and does a few more renovations to the kitchen, we would come back.Thank you!
