"Great apartment but the building is undergoing some massive renovation and there was a lot of noise during the day and construction scaffolds everywhere. Both balconies in the apartment had scaffolding out front so we couldn’t use them and had to keep the windows closed. The area isn’t great, typical university type vibe. Didn’t feel unsafe at all, but lots of graffiti. If we go back I’d probably choose a place closer to piazza maggiorie. "

"A great place to stay for our three nights in Bologna. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. There are grocery stores nearby and a good restaurant across the street. Our place also had a washing machine, which I wasn't expecting. Although a bit dated, the apartment was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. "

"The Aparment is an interior unit over looking the interior roof of the building underneath. It's on the second floor right above one of the main city fresh food and fish markets. It's very centrally located right next to the main city square with walkable distance to all the main city attractions. However with that location comes really heavy noise in the evenings from several restaurants and bars downstairs until late, as well as some mornings hearing all the bottles and garbage...

"The host was not clear on a meeting place for entry into the property and apartment. He originally had suggested at the property entrance then changed to a bar next to the property, but we didn’t have network access so the bar rendezvous did not reach us. When we finally did meet, he was very upset with us because he needed to be someplace else. Keep in mind, he did not contact us until 4 hours prior to our check-in time… very stressful."

"We had a wonderful 7-night stay over the holidays, We selected Casa nel Paradiso based on the stellar VRBO reviews and the location and it was an absolute delight. "A modern conversion of a old building. Clean, comfy and well specified - everything you need for a stay in Bologna. The apartment is is walking distance of a number of key locations and great restaurants and bars. "

"The property was changed on us without notice. The unit they gave us was up two flights of steps. I purposely chose a ground floor unit as I'm disabled and cannot climb step. "I'm sorry to have to leave such a negative review, however some truth telling needs to happen on expedia. First, when I first booked it appeared that the property was only 2-3km from the city, in fact it is 5km from the city center which is revealed only after you book. We asked for a 15.00h check in and had to wait outside an apartment complex not knowing if we were even at the correct property. There was only instructions on how to use the stove top. "I rented a 4 room apt at this location and was completely satisfied. Very clean except the shower had some mold.Kitchen had dishes and utensles for 4 people,including a cheese grater and corkscrew. Good for early morning check out

"Our room was ready early which worked well for us. Room was clean and comfortable. We had to check out before breakfast to catch our flight and the staff offered to have to-go bags with breakfast to grab when we checked out. I appreciated the extra effort to make our stay pleasant. "
