"The views from the house are amazing. Owner was very attentive throughout the booking and during our stay (although we didn't need anything during our stay). House is perfect for families, beach access, pool, plenty of toys, games, equipment, etc. We loved it, traveled with party of 8 including 3 teens."

"Four couples just spent 8 nights at Aqua Dreams House. We had a wonderful stay and the house had everything we needed plus more!! This was our 10th visit to Exuma and this by far was the nicest place that we stayed at and on one of the nicest beaches on the island. The beach is just a very short walk on a paved walkway and well worth it! The beach was never crowded and the waters beautiful and calm. The house had plenty of room for all of us. We especially enjoyed all of the room we had around the pool, whether you wanted to be in the sun or if you needed the shade, there was plenty of both with umbrellas for cover. The owner, Marna, was highly responsive from the day we booked the house to the minute we left. We did have one issue with the house that needed attention and we were able to get in touch with the owner within the hour, and a temporary fix to get us through our stay was done immediately, without imposing on our rental of the house. Another wonderful benefit to staying at this house is that it had a full house generator, which kicked on about a minute after we lost power one night. That is definitely not a perk in any of the houses we have ever stayed, and in the Bahamas power goes out often, no matter what island you stay on. The location is right across from the airport, which was very convenient. The house is in the middle of the island, which made for a quick drive to get groceries, restaurants, etc. All in all, we had a wonderful, relaxing vacation!"

"My wife and I stayed here for our 35th anniversary. This property is centrally located in the island. Great beach, which we walked a couple different mornings and never saw anyone else. The pool area is nice and quiet. Unit we stayed in was exactly as described. Overall this is a great property and well worth the money."

"We were 2 families with teenagers, a total of 4 adults and 3 teenagers. We had more than enough room; the property could easily accommodate more. We stayed 5 nights. We enjoyed the pool and grilling out at the house. The beds were comfy (except the pull out couch, but those never are), and the separate AC units for each room were nice! We were just steps from the beach! We spent a lot of time on the beach, watching the sunrise, swimming, relaxing, and using the SUP/kayak that were provided. Gabby was super nice and accommodated our request for an early check in and late check out. We had the best time and highly recommend Casa Del Mar!"

"We stayed at Villa Oceana last week and had the best time. We were celebrating my 50th birthday. Lynda was wonderful in helping us find a restaurant for my birthday dinner and helping us get a cake and gluten free cupcakes (my daughter is GF) delivered for my birthday. The beach was very relaxing. We did some excursions on the island as well and had a great time. We loved the Villa and hope to be back one day!"
