"We saw this property advertised and decided to give it a try. We loved the location! It was close to everything we wanted to do. The property itself was clean and met our family's expectations. We especially appreciated the small amenities, like the abundance of towels and the well-stocked kitchen. The backyard was fantastic with great outdoor furniture - perfect for relaxing! The kitchen fixtures and furniture were all fairly new and well-kept, which was a nice change from some other rental...

"I just finished a relaxing short two night stay at the Seascape studio suite. Upon arrival, I found the suite had not been cleaned, but after calling Munish, he quickly rounded up the cleaning crew. After a beautiful low tide sunset walk on the beach, I returned to find it immaculately welcoming. The suite has been beautifully remodeled and has everything you will need for a fantastic vacation on Monterey Bay. I can’t wait to escape the busy Bay Area again and enjoy another serene experience....

"If you’re looking for a cozy lived in apartment/condo overlooking the Monterey Bay near lovers point, this fits the bill. It doesn’t have a lot of room in the living areas if you have small children, and there are a few breakables throughout the house. The bedrooms are roomy. The beds aren’t the latest greatest but adequate. For the price it’s a pretty good deal considering it’s on the ocean has a view and is near many things in the Monterey and Pacific Grove area.."

"My family and I celebrated my birthday by spending time at Sunset beach. The home is in a great location with stunning views and has many amenities including a nice hot tub. My granddaughter loved staying with her parents and having a bed above them.We struggled a bit to warm up the home, especially one of the bedrooms that has no heater. The owner provides lots of blankets to remedy this somewhat.Overall we had a fun weekend and enjoyed staying in this beach home."

"This home was perfect for our get together with longtime friends. The beach location was wonderful and we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. It’s a condo unit towards the back of the property and we were able to negotiate the road in the dark. I had trouble with the access code, user error no doubt but the owner checked to ensure we were in. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. I would recommend this comfortable, nice home on the beach!"
