We had two small kids and were worried that their play and shouts might not be met with the warmest feedback but the hotel staff was super welcoming. "We came to Trier for the Christmas market and to visit the Roman sites. The hotel was ideally placed for both. There's no restaurant but the hotel buffet breakfast was excellent and catered well for a gluten intolerance. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Parking in the underground carpark was fine if a little tight to navigate in a bigger car. The staff were excellent and helpful. They spoke perfect English but humoured our schoolboy German! All round good."

"Stort hotel med mange etager. Kom sent og rejste tidligt, så udsigten til området omkring hotellet må vente. Hotellet havde restaurant, men buffeten var slut, så aftensmaden måtte jeg indtage på en nærliggende restaurant. Enkeltværelse på 11 etage udmærket - pænt og rent. Morgenmaden rigtig god og perfekt!"
