"Conveniently situated not far from the autoroute. Parking on site in quiet surroundings. As there was no restaurant on site for dinner, the staff arranged a take away pizza to be brought in. The reception staff member was extremely attentive and friendly. The room was exactly what we needed for an overnight stay. The terrace was a bonus. "
"Great place to stay. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Didn’t use the golf course so no comment on it. Great breakfast, large comfortable rooms with parking by door. Next to supermarket with a great cafe in it."
"Very elegant , clean, comfortable , fully equipped place
Friendly and helpful host , beautiful environment, close to stopping and Outlet
Highly recommended "
"Stunning property. A place to relax with no need to leave. I loved the 8AM yoga, the amazing breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and the beautiful spa. There is not much to do in the area, the hotel is its own destination. We did a day trip to Barolo and it was perfect. "
"Wonderful location amid the vineyards, very comfortable accommodations and superb staff.
We spent time exploring the area and the various dining options.
Highy recommended. "

"Great location, 400m from the train station. Beautiful room, newly renovated. Marble bathroom with waterfall shower. Very spacious. Lobby is in the adjacent building. Great European style continental breakfast in gorgeous breakfast room with frescoed ceilings. The hotel upgraded our room at no extra fee. Very friendly receptionists and staff. There was a clothes line right outside our window. Lots of food options in this area and tourist attractions. Only negative would be no A/C since they haven't yet transitioned from heat to cooling, no English or French channels on TV and the WiFi was a bit spotty. Bad reception if lying on the bed, good near the door, excellent outside the room in lounging chair next to room 407."

"I loved this hotel. Perfectly situated above the plaza and train station and at the end of the street, full of restaurants and things to see and do and a great view and wonderful staff and convenient and clean and an excellent value for the money. I loved this hotel. I stay at three star hotels to five star hotels and this was the perfect hotel for the visit to Genoa Italy. "
"I visited this hotel in April with my mother. We chose the superior room with a balcony and it was wonderful. Our room had a queen bed and a separate area with a twin bed and a second balcony. It was very spacious and comfortable with beautiful bedding, pillows and towels. The room had everything we could want: an espresso machine, kettle, fridge and all toiletries. We chose to add breakfast to our reservation and it was excellent with many choices and excellent coffee. The port area is lively and the hotel is within easy walking distance of the old town, restaurants and shops and public transportation. I would recommend and would definitely stay here again."

"We stayed 2 nights before our cruise and one night after. The personnel were very nice and helpful. The rooms were very clean. The hotel is next to the train station. 15 minute walk to the port and 20 minutes car ride to the airport. Walking distance to everthing. I would diffinently go back to this hotel if I were to go bake to Genoa."
