"Our friends recommended this hotel as they had stayed here last year and we were not disappointed. Charming and the employees were friendly and gracious. I would stay again the next time I’m in the area. "
"Nicely renovated room with balcony. Despite being on second floor, great view. Well-appointed outside seating. Within easy walking distance of train station and beach. Good buffet breakfast. Friendly staff who made every effort to help me as my Italian is basic. The location can be noisy as trains can be heard and sounds can carry from the hallway - but the latter happens with most hotels."
"Hotel was very basic but clean. Walls must be very thin as I could hear people talking in the other rooms. Hotel a good location & staff friendly & helpful."
"We arrived at the hotel a day late due to a flight cancellation and the front desk staff could
not have been more warm and welcoming after what became nearly a 48 hour journey for my sister and me. They actually upgraded us to a sea view room at their newly renovated sister hotel which is right next door. MH Hotel Varazze. What a lovely sea view room with a nice bath, in room safe along with a mini fridge. Nice, quiet residential neighborhood.
The daily continental breakfast is incredible and...
"Nice, well equiped, kind staff, excelent brakfast, clean, fantastic viev.Bathroom had a lot od places where you couf put, hang your things, and towels were so soft...but shower was very small. I should say.. if a guy iz XXL he would have some problems to close the doors, otherwise it was overall a nice place."
"The owners were very nice and the food was excellent.
The room was nice however we were disappointed with the bathroom. We expected a jacuzzi tub, but the jets didn’t work in the tub. There was no shower head, only a hand-held faucet, plus there was no shower enclosure.
Made it a challenge to wash without creating a mess all over the bathroom. "
"Excellent spot if you get a 2 bdrm apartment with terrace or a small balcony room with a view. Staff and food was excellent. Communication was poor - check in was a circus. Convention checking out at 3pm while new arrivals are checking in. Parking was a clown show. The lift (get's you to get the town level for the beach, shopping, restaurants etc. was out of service. Water to the town / hotel was off between 8 PM and 9 AM one night. Bad timing for us I guess - but it's a beautiful spot with...
"We stayed 5 nights whilst visiting Genova and the surrounding area. We made use of the secure car parking offered.
The reception staff were all wonderful, very polite and helpful. The hotel is a short walk from the bus stop into town and also the sea front.
We were able to cook dinner and heat water for hot drinks. You do need to provide your own washing up liquid and sponge.
We can recommend a visit to Camogli as a fantastic fishing village about 30 minutes drive away. You can get the...
"Excellent hotel. Very clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Very nice free continental breakfast in the morning in a very pleasant breakfast room. Would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel, and the next time I'm in Genoa, this is were I will be staying again."
"Lovely overnight stay in an area just outside city centre by a few kilometres. Still easy to get to and had a local feel with many workers and families coming together under the arcades. Nice to have breakfast included in price. Would recommend the bed to any traveller!"

"Was upgraded to the nearby Savoia Hotel. This hotel is very plush old style. The room & amenities were wonderful. Breakfast buffet had a great selection."

"It is a 10 minute walk from the metro and big fountain. As you walk to and from, you are literally walking through its fine shopping strip. Very safe and bustling area. Moreover, the concierge was quite friendly and had great city recommendation and directions. The room was spaceous and very clean, had mostly everything you needed with a great bed and shower. I haven't had a good hotel stay in a while till this one."
