"Beautiful inside. Nice rooms. No noise whatsoever and the place was packed. The front desk and courtesy van driver were amazing. He drove me back to the airport the next day and waited to make sure I was able to rent a car after having an issue the night before, because I lost my driver’s license (misplaced). Front desk allowed me a late check out and were very kind. "

Every employee from the front desk to the maintenance workers to the cleaning crew were friendly and beyond professional. My only fault would be with the slowness of the elevators.
