"I booked this home for a fun weekend with our family. The host was very unresponsive. I asked 3 times for over a week about heating the pool and a few other questions. The host never responded. The day before our arrival we still had no information regarding where the home was or how to access it. They finally sent the info late, the night before. "Looked nice inside out but there was a tv in the main bedroom on a tv mount but there was no outlet to plug in the blind were a little beat up The bathroom was nice but the toilet felt like it was going to fall over and tile on floor around the toilet was broken looked like they were caving in around the toilet We also encountered a few cockroaches in the bathroom and kitchen told the host so she sent me roach spray "

"Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would give it a 5 star if it wasn't for the lack or supplies in the laundry area, the lack of cleanliness outside the pool area, and the lack of attention to details. The major parts of the home and amenities were excellent as well as location. "

"We had a wonderful experience in a safe and clean Redlands neighborhood. The house was spacious and clean and suited our needs perfectly. It was near to shopping and other amenities. Hetavi was a gracious host who addressed any issues we had and gave us great advice for accessing services and restaurants in the area. "Wonderful home"

"Upstairs neighbors were loud at all hours of the night, but the place was cute and comfortable. Only 2 chairs for the kitchen table was a little inconvenient. Having access to park in a garage was nice but no clicker made use a little annoying so we just parked outside."

"The best part of the was the yard. The pool wa fun and there was lots of room to relax there was not a large gathering place inside but plenty of room for privacy. Overall a great stay"
