"This place is FANTASTIC. Fabio and his family are amazing people. The view is absolutely amazing. You cannot get tired of it. Keep in mind that this place is out there. There is a 2 mile+. poorly maintained road that you need to take to arrive. Once you reach the house it is 57, steep steps to walk down to the house. You will get a workout staying here. Stop at the Carrefour that is 5 miles away on the way to the house to grab water, mosquito spray, and "zampironi" at least. The mosquitoes are...

"The villa was incredible, and allowed our entire family to stay together. The grounds and pool were breath-taking and complete with a hammock, barbecue, outdoor games and toys, and lots of sitting areas. Large tables indoors and out provided space for meals and games. The location was perfect for exploring nearby towns, beaches, and trails by car or bicycle. "The property is beautiful with unbelievable views of the sea, port and surrounding area. You can wake up early and watch the sun rise over the mountains in Tuscany. The pool is fantastic with amazing views. The property is great for kids, as there is a kids bedroom with lots of toys and books. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken; wir hatten das Gefühl der Verkehr fährt direkt durch die Schlafzimmer. Zudem war von der Besitzerin gewünscht, dass lediglich ein Frühstück zubereitet werden darf und kochen unerwünscht ist. Der Strand ist zu Fuß mit 150 Treppen zu erreichen. In Summe muss hier dringend die Objektbeschreibung korrigiert werden."
