First Floor: Front Porch, Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room, Master Bedroom suite with a king size bed. 2 Queen bed bedrooms with shared jack and jill bathroom.

Second Floor: Front Porch, Kitchen, Dining Room table and additional Kitchen counter seating. Living Room off the kitchen. The Master Bedroom has a King Size bed and large master bathroom, shower area. There is a full bed bedroom with access to master bath.
Large porch off master bedroom with built in seating. 2 Queen bedrooms with shared jack and jill bathroom.

Loft: Large loft with wet bar and two twin beds with linens. Water view porch.

Widows Walk with panoramic views of Rachel Carson Reserve, Shackleford banks, Cape Lookout, Beaufort Inlet, and the Atlantic Ocean.

Best House Ever
This house is amazing. We rented it for our wedding party for the weekend and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay with even better hosts. Bradley and Kristen were extramly helpful and very responsive if we needed anything. Being able to host our friends here was a true treat and can’t wait to come back!

Wedding weekend house
Our son was getting married and the family stayed in this house. It worked well for us and the owners allowed us to host a breakfast for our of town guests which was so nice. The location is good and there is a nice view from the top floor.

We highly recommend this property! We had a family beach week during July 4th.. plenty of room for everyone. The house was very clean, and so nicely decorated. We appreciated the available pack-n-play and high chair for the little one. The views of Taylor’s Creek from the 3rd floor & widows walk are beautiful! We would definitely stay here again.

Very Nice Visit
The property was beautiful and very clean. Great views from the third floor balcony and widows walk. About a mile walk to the historic area and shops, but it is a nice walk along the water. Beaufort is a great place, with very good restaurants and outdoor opportunities. Our group very much enjoyed a trip out to Shackleford Bank.

A delightful family gathering.
We arrived from coast to coast for our second summer stay at Kite House. The house works very well for all of us. The two kitchens and living areas along with the number of bedrooms make it ideal for young, old and in between. The AC is terrific, making our August visit very comfortable. Outstanding property!
Beautiful, clean and newly updated house right in the heart of Beaufort. Perfect for our group's 40th reunion gathering. 8 beautifully appointed bedrooms and two full kitchens make everything work smoothly! Great, great views from second and third floor balconies, and easy walking distance to downtown (10 minute walk). It was absolutely ideal for our group and we are grateful that we had the chance to enjoy this fine house!

Wow!
We had a wonderful time at Admiral's Watch late June. We have visited Beaufort every summer for the last 12 years for a family reunion. This was by far the most amazing place we have stayed. We were so impressed with the large rooms, the two well appointed kitchens and the widows walk, where we enjoyed watching the wild horses on Carrot Island. The many porches were a great place to gather and enjoy quality family time. We hope to stay again next summer.

Perfect House for Family Celebrations
We chose this house for a family gathering to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary, and we were not disappointed. There was plenty of space for our children and grandchildren. Wonderful property
Our family had a wonderful stay in Beaufort, and being able to stay at Admiral's Watch greatly contributed to that. We arrived to find fresh flowers in several of the rooms, along with a note and baked goods from the owners. What lovely touches in welcoming us to their home. The house was immaculate, and all of the amenities were perfect. This house has a great deal of living space, and we were able to spread out and enjoy every bit of it. Wedding Weekend
This house was so amazing and was perfect for all of our out of town guests. We got married this weekend and I wanted the people that were traveling from far distances not to worry about overnight expenses. The house was in a perfect location. I will also say the owners were amazing and left a sweet package for me congratulating us on our marriage. They also allowed us to check in early just so I could set everything up for all of our incoming guests. I would stay here again and again if we ever decide to go back to Beaufort with a crowd of people.

What a thrill to stay here!
This house is a showstopper! Absolutely beautiful property with more than enough room for a family gathering. The owners have taken great care to ensure a comfortable stay. The home is equipped with everything needed to enjoy your visit: plenty of basic necessities such as towels, sheets, and paper products; plenty of seating inside and outside; smart televisions in the living rooms and bedrooms; and all the household amenities necessary to cook and/or grill. Everything in the house is clean and in working order. It is walking distance to restaurants and other amenities which makes this the perfect place to stay while enjoying everything that Beaufort and the surrounding area has to offer. Highly Recommend!

Excellent Home
This was our second trip to this property, and the first under the new owners. The home was fantastic and had been fully updated. We had two families there, both with two children, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The two kitchens were very key. The location on Front Street can't be beat. It's walking distance to both the Old Town and to the Boathouse, about halfway down Taylor's Creek, which is in the middle of everything, but also away from the crowds and difficult parking. The balconies and widow's walk have the best views of Carrot Island, the Back Sound, and Shackleford Banks in the entire town. Bradley and Kristen were also fantastic, very responsive, and great to work with. We can't wait until our next stay!

Great location with Multiple Levels of Outside Decks
Location is great as its in walking distance to town (less than one mile). Four levels of decking which we spent the majority of our time enjoying. House is beautifully decorated. Owners live close by, so they quickly respond to inquiries. Very nice couple! The only thing we were not crazy about was the spiral staircase but that is a preference, and we were aware of this in description. We had an older person with us, and they had issues using the spiral staircase. Just mentioning this if you have older and unhealthy people in your group. There is another staircase on the back outside of house from first level to second level but the only was to get to third level is the spiral staircase. Also, a heads up that you need to bring bath soap, shampoo and conditioner as this is not provided.

Quiet Getaway
I received pre-arrival information two days out, a courtesy message the day prior, and another confirmation before our check-in time. We did not have any issues that arose that would have prompted us to reach out to the owners but was pleased with how they kept in contact. The check-in process extremely easy because it was practically non-existent. There is nothing like pulling up to the house, opening the front door, and having the crispest, coolest conditioned air hit you in the face after a long drive. There was a binder that explained the nuances of the house, things to do in the area, recommendations for different activities, and check-out requirements. The photos posted do not do the house enough justice. The third floor and the Widow's Walk were my favorite parts of the house. What is not highlighted in the listing is the amount of yard space available. I could have brought the cornhole set to complement the charcoal grill. Also, I have never seen a house with two full kitchens so we may do a repeat stay in the future to host Thanksgiving. The house is within reasonable walking distance (one mile) of the "downtown" area, or an extremely short ride if you rent a bike (google Beaufort Bicycle) or a golf cart. Morehead City has all the fast-food restaurants and larger grocery stores if you are stocking the kitchens for the week. If you are accustomed to city life, do not wait too long past 9 pm to decide you are hungry. The pickings get slim late at night. Overall, our trip was quiet, relaxing, and the house provided everything we needed to unplug from the hustle and bustle of work.
