"Perfect location for our trip of three friends as we spent time here in August. We hadn't planned to get in the water although it looks very inviting and we enjoyed watching others out on their boats. It's beautiful for sitting outside having coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Lots of birds to see. The nearby town of Moose Lake is easy access and had everything we needed. Great location for going up to Duluth for a day trip too. Highly recommend! "

It seems like a lovely spot overall, but unfortunately, we weren’t able to enjoy the lake or outdoor amenities due to the weather. "The house is just off the road but you'd never know it while you are there. This peaceful, cozy home is a perfect place to disconnect. Lots of space to spread out or gather together. I was glad to expierence this home as a cozy winter get away and would definitely pick this place first for summer fun."

"We used this cabin for a two night stay as a sort of base camp as we road-tripped around northern Minnesota chasing autumn leaf color change. It definitely matched my expectations based on the listing, although my wife found it a bit too rustic for her taste. Definitely very cozy - it was awesome rolling out of bed and getting a fire started in the wood stove on a chilly morning! We didn’t explore the immediate area much so I can’t speak to that. "We enjoyed the spacious, well kept cabin which has views of the lake, the tranquility, the kayaks, SUP, paddleboat, and canoe as well as the badminton game, bocci ball set, campfire, grill, etc. We swam in the lake every day and spotted loons, an eagle, two seans and a resident great blue heron and listened to the barrd owls st night. it was a real treat."
