"Check in was quick and smooth, the gentleman at the front desk who helped us throughout our stay was so nice and helpful! Parking was $10 a night which isn’t bad compared to other places. I like how everything was nearby so we were easily able to walk to the shopping centers and to grab a bite to eat. Rooms were actually great considering the price. The hand soap, body wash and shampoo/conditioner all dispensed the same liquid. The room is always clean and service is always friendly and I always appreciate that. "I feel very safe when I'm there. The parking lot is really well lit. The customer service is excellent. I didn't care for the room that I was in because it was designed for a wheelchair. Now I did tell them that I am disabled but I don't have a wheelchair. I use a cane. So that was my bad. Other than that it was a wonderful stay and I'm going there again this weekend and for the entire run of the Renaissance. Pleasure Fair"
