"What a gem! We had a lovely 2-night stay at Alparthotel surrounding one day of skiing at Champery. The hotel is lovely, quiet, and clean. It is an easy walk from the Chemin de Verger bus stop. We did not have a car and were able to walk to a Coop nearby (grocery store and restaurant). The rooms were comfortable and modern. Would definitely recommend!"

"Ron and Eileen were there to meet us on arrival, the welcome bottle of wine was a lovely gesture. From the very start of our stay our hosts were very attentive, from offering to go the pharmacy (I was poorly first couple of days) to giving us great advice on where to go and what beaches to visit. "5 of us stayed here for a boys ski trip. It is a lovely apartment. It is brighter than it looks in the photos, and fairly spacious given the location. You can ski down to the village, and it's only a short walk back at the end of the day. The room specs are slightly confusing - but there are 3 separate bedrooms, plus a foldaway and a sofa bed in the shared space. It was plenty of room for us. "Great location close to Porte du Soleil lift, which made it easy to access the whole ski area. Cosy apartment that served us well. We were a party of two friends. Once of us used the bedroom and the other the bunkbed, which was very comfortable. It was a 15 minute brisk walk into town in the evening to access all that this fabulous resort has to offer by way of excellent bars and restaurants. We loved it and will return. "
