"Enjoyed our stay - very comfortable room - great breakfast - only downside was hard to see our things in the room as most furnishings were black. I also found the shower fitting awkward to operate. Staff very helpful. I would stay again. "

"Across from a large park, it’s nicely located and walkable to other attractions such as mile end area (longer 30 min walk, not for those who aren’t in somewhat decent shape). It’s an older building but nicely taken care of, don’t expect modern - expect cozy and homey. We had a couple bugs in our room but otherwise it was fairly clean, the room was very spacious and had what we needed. They don’t let you control the temperature of your room though so that could be a problem if it’s too hot or...

"Lovely room, very large and clean. Great bathroom - a compendium would have been useful, as the shower was very confusing. Had a very nice dinner and lunch in the restaurant, and the hot tubs were lovely. Beautiful garden area as well. The information on the webste mentioned laundry facilities, however a request to use a machine for one load (which we would do ourselves) led to such confusion and consternation, that we let it go. A shame, because there was not a coin laundry to be found, even...

"Great hotel , walking distance to everything (food, mall, shops). Little outdated but gives it character for being in downtown Montreal. Shower made loud noise as if something was off balance with water pressure but other than that, quiet floors and could not recommend the location enough "
