"The house was cute, and the location was good. We liked the woods and stream around the house and the quiet road it was on. The views of the woods out the windows were lovely. There were a few old board games for the kids, but not much else for them to do when it was raining. The TV worked well, and we had internet. Our only challenge is we had hot water issues, but Tom was very responsive and helpful. "Property exactly as described. Older house, but very clean - even the downstairs furnace room/laundry room. I was impressed by that! The layout was fun- very spacious, can sleep lots of people. It was a charming place to stay. We used it as our home base for the week while we visited Kennebunkport & Portland for a couple days. Location is perfect & quiet. Quick & easy to get to downtown Stowe."
