Tinyhouse LakeView Cottage with a MILLION DOLLAR VIEW!! ATV trail to lake!


Adorable tiny house with a spectacular view of Otter Creek on Lake Cumberland. It is located in Monticello, Ky in a rural part of the area. It’s about 12 minutes to town. There is very close (driving distance) swimming access, kayaking, boating, boat ramps, fishing & marinas. Plus, your likely to see lots of wildlife. I have kayaks available to use for $25/per day/per kayak! Pets welcome for $50 per stay!! I supply everything you need, all you need to bring is your clothes and food. Including: gas for gas grill (always a full tank), firewood for firepit, ice maker, regular coffee pot including coffee & creamer, bathroom essentials, fan, electric fireplace, etc.. The cottage is located on a dead end road, so hardly any traffic and very peaceful! There is an ATV trail that leads to the lake! Early check in is available for a small fee if house is ready!

Perfect little cabin on the lake

The place was super clean and had an amazing view, especially in the evenings during the sunsets! Holly the host was super nice and helpful with some places to check out and has a great design touch for the lake life. If you're looking for a little cabin with lots of character, you need to check this place out!

Wonderful tiny home with Lake view

I went to Monticello and Harmon Hollow KY to visit family and found this delightful little cottage with so many perks! It was perfect! It was super clean, tastefully decorated, the bed was super comfortable, and the multiple outside decks were enjoyed in the evening. I want to go back!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

This adorable tiny house was perfect. The view is gorgeous, bed is comfortable, and outdoor space was super enjoyable. We were fortunate to have perfect weather for our stay, but I can’t imagine it wouldn’t have been a great experience no matter what. We will absolutely be back!

Small cottage, big view!

The cottage is very cute and comfortable. The view of the lake is amazing. We loved sitting out on either of the two patio/decks to relax, read and watch the sunset. Holly offered a lot of information about things to do in the area. We had a very relaxing, comfortable stay.

My grandkids loved it!

I was unable to take this trip last minute due to my mom having a stroke a few days before. Holly was ver concerned and accommodating. She allowed my son and grandchildren to come in our place. She answered every question timely and showed genuine compassion for our situation. My son and grandchildren enjoyed the cabin and sent me so many beautiful pictures. I will hopefully get to visit this nice little cabin someday. Thanks Holly for your kindness!

It had a great view of the lake. Outdoor relaxing areas were nice. The cottage is small but we didn’t spend much time inside so it was fine for the 3 of us and a small dog. It had everything we needed. Would stay there again for sure!

Wonderful Getaway Spot

If you are looking for a place to truly relax, you are in for a treat. The cabin has everything you need, and takes much of the stress and worry away from the world. I felt the small size made it even easier for me to relax and unwind because there was so little to maintain. The view is wonderful, the patios are awesome, and the location is centralized to a number of activities and access points. We enjoyed hiking, kayaking, and fires each night. Holly was a great host and was super accessible in helping us identify key points to visit on our trip. I would love to come back here again!
