"This boutique hotel is a gem and I can honestly say the photos online don’t do it justice. It’s stunning. We booked the Diamond “Diamante” suite and it’s just gorgeous and very spacious. The decor is amazing, including the painted ceiling. The location is very central and we could easily get around Siena. The breakfast was lovely and included in our stay. The staff at the reception were very friendly and accommodating. They reached out 2 weeks before our arrival to explain the parking...

"It’s such a lovely and quaint hotel. Perfect location to transportation and all Siena shopping, dining, and touristy areas. The hotel staff was amazing. Maria Louisa and Gabriella are the best. You will love the views from the terrace. Breakfast is served every morning. We felt quite at home and without question, we would stay there again. "

"The hotel is in a great location easily walkable to the Duomo and museums as well as a bus stop (Stuffa Secca) that takes you to / from the Siena train station (although be warned, it's a short but steep climb up the hill from the stop to the hotel). The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is generous and varied. The lobby is beautifully decorated. My room was spacious. When I come back to Siena, I'll try to stay here,"

"This is a beautiful, but old building, with spacious rooms, a and high ceilings. But it is dark. Only one window that does not let in much light. So used our lights a lot. The property is in Trastevere, which is popular and busy, but our room was really quiet. The front desk/proprietor was extremely helpful in making a restaurant reservation and booking a car to the airport."
