The bedrooms and lounge areas of Villa Monterchi II were remodelled by well-known local artist Luigi Puletti, who was a forerunner of the Liberty style. The 25 hectares of land surrounding the villa, which has a private pool, are home to century-old oaks, cypresses, and pine trees. These trees have been planted to create a natural park, where guests can enjoy the local flora and fauna.
The garden and the swimming pool are lit up at night, ideal for spending Summer evenings, perhaps tasting a good glass of local wine. A 500 square metre villa. While the frescoes have been restored in some areas, the tradition of visible beans has been preserved in others. The majority of the bedrooms have frescoes, and a blend of modern and antique furniture pieces adorn the spaces. This blend of modern and traditional design is also present in three of the bathrooms, which feature marble showers and thermostatic mixers. Every bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and air conditioning.
