"We got there a few hours before check-in to stow our baggage, but our room was ready. We could choose from a lower level room or a higher level with a river view. We chose the higher room and are glad we did. The room was nice, a decent size, and had a refrigerator and microwave. The bed was comfortable. On our way in an out, the staff was friendly and helpful. We were close to the river, Millennium Park, and had easy access to mass transit. We enjoyed our stay very much."

"Checkin service was fast and friendly. Room was almost clean. There was a dirty yellow towel sitting with the clean towels above the toilet. My room was never cleaned and I had to request replacement towels multiple times. I had to go outside of my room and just grab them from the cart for two days. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is EVERYTHING!!"
