"Positives: I got an upgrade from a studio to a one bedroom. Very clean, good quality towels, bedding, soap, etc. I had a beautiful view of the river and Memorial bridge from my window. Challenges: There was a delay on my check-in, which was annoying since I had plans I needed to prepare for. This location requires an app to open the apartment door, which became challenging when my phone died one day. "
