Charming 2/1 Centrally located and close to ULM! Pet Friendly!

This 2/1 is located near everything in Monroe! Close to Antique Alley, St Francis, ULM. (all about 3 miles). Also near lots of great restaurants and shopping.
This is a really cozy 1950's cottage and I've kept a lot of the original charm. There is covered parking and a fully fenced in backyard for your pet. No extra pet fees.
The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you'd need to cook meals. I provide coffee and snacks for all guests. For the babies/infants, there is a new pack and play.

My family really enjoyed our weekend getaway. The house was just right with all of the necessary amenities included. Our dog loved the spacious fenced in yard to roam around in. Highly recommend this location and property manager to anyone looking to stay in the Monroe area.

Quiet and comfortable!
Super clean and quiet! Stayed here on a fishing trip to area. Although tight, I put a f250 and a 21’ bass boat under cover without unhooking. Will stay here again on return trip in future. Thanks for the nice place!

Cozy place for a family weekend away
We enjoyed our stay here. There are two lovely trees out front which provide shade to the front deck area all day long, as well as bushes over the living room windows to provide privacy. The decorations were tasteful and creative. The kitchen had what we needed for day-to-day cooking. The house worked well for our two toddlers, including the baby who is just learning to walk and loves to put things in her mouth.

Amazing!
Everything about the property itself is amazing from the location to the cleanliness. The house is nicely decorated and modern on the inside. But above all else the help I had from Amanda during a family emergency was without a doubt god answering my prayers. She is very accommodating and extremely helpful. I will always check and see if this property is available whenever I come to Monroe. 100/10. Excellent. Couldn’t have been better.

Cozy little stay
The house is located in a nice area. It was decorated so nicely and had all the amenities of home. There was a large backyard for the dog to run. I had to contact the homeowner and I received a quick response. Very friendly owner. We stayed for 2 nights.

Loved our stay at the house. Perfect for myself and my teen daughter. Nice older neighborhood and appreciated the carport out front especially since it rained a bit during our stay. Kitchen had everything we needed and house was clean. Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to Monroe.

This small older house has a lot of personality! The quirky art work and scattering of antiques give this house a certain charm. It is an older property but very very clean, including under the beds. The covered parking is nice and the fenced backyard was great for the small dog we are traveling with. The neighborhood is quiet and the note from the owner's listing local places to eat led us to a great meal at Waterfront Grill. If we find ourselves in Monroe again we will definitely check availibility here!

Quaint and Charming
We loved our stay in this cute little house! The house itself is adorable and a perfect size for me, my husband and our adult daughter. Oh and our dog! It perfectly met our needs and we would definitely stay here again. It was also within walking distance of Anytime Fitness (where we are members) and a great restaurant (Trio's). 5 stars!

The perfect little getaway!
If you are looking for a quaint and relaxing getaway, then this is the perfect stay. The house was easy to locate. It was beautiful just like the pictures. The home was warm and inviting. The plus was the fenced in backyard for your pets. My dog enjoyed her time playing and exploring The owner stayed in contact and responded immediately. She is a phenomenal host! Thank you once again for allowing us to enjoy your home! Looking forward to returning soon.

Smells musty, bugs in bathroom sink, shower curtain had mold, toilet needed repairs, step to enter house was too tall for short people to enter porch. No hand rails to enter porch. Located on end of busy street. Instructions left on refrigerator to remove sheets from bsd and leave in a pile on floor. Second instruction stated to put towels in washing machine and start washer. Third instruction stated to put dishes in dishwasher and start.

Comfortable for an overnight stay
My husband and I traveling from Texas to Tennessee with two dogs. Breaking the trip up into a three day drive, this was our first stop. House is clean & comfortable. The only issues we had is the first step up to front door is unusually high. I have bad knees & could not navigate it. I had to go to the back door to enter the house. Definitely appreciate the fact this listing is dog friendly; however, the gates are not secure enough for small dogs. Also, the lattice skirt around the base of the house has a busted area on the back side. A small dog could go under the house. I had to call my schnauzer away from it. We just didn’t allow them to be in the yard on their own - we stayed with them & watched them. Mosquitoes were definitely thick & swarming. This is an older house in an older neighborhood. Know that going in. It’s well maintained & nicely decorated. A really nice touch was the air conditioner was on & it was refreshing coming in from the heat. I would recommend this property.
