"This hotel has a freeway on one side and a waterway on the other. The canal is full of fish sharks and dolphin and manatee. Amazing! But the freeway roars the whole time. And some of the staff would not allow me to have a towel without leaving my ID. And they were often rude and dismissive. The property texted me to see if I would be checking in early. So then I replied yes I willl check in early. Then I arrived to find that the place was mostly empty but they kept saying the room wasn’t...

"Overall great! Decent value for the money. Comfy bed! view out back was awesome. The only thing I wish was that they refreshed the room after the 1st night with new towels etc. No hairdryer in the rooms , maybe they have them in the office? Would stay there again!"

"Nice overnight stay on way into Key West. Clean, good communication, bonus to have full size frig with freezer. Had all the necessities - hot shower, beds fine. We did not encounter bugs or mold, dust like other reviews. It is an old fifty style motel, and can’t expect more at this price point. The Keys are expensive. Owner/manager is from MI, so please support this business with kind words and recommendations. Midwesterners unite! She was very nice. "
