"Western exposure so morning coffee outside without hot sun was fantastic. Safe swim area for kids because of jetty. No worry about floating down river. Kids loved jumping off dock into this area being able to use dock stairs to get out. Lots of outdoor seating with several palapas for shade. Lots of seating inside house with large living and kitchen areas. Did suggest to host a few additional items for future guests."
