We had a good overall experience at this B&B. The place was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was great with a good variety, and parking was easy and convenient. Just a note—there’s no pool or tennis court on site. They do have a partnership with the local sports centre, but you’ll need to drive there as well as to most places in the area. Our room was clean and nicely decorated, but a bit too small for three people. The staff made up for it with their warm hospitality and great local recommendations. Would recommend if you’re looking for a clean and friendly place to stay!

Amazing Villa very modern, clean and tidy and very welcoming atmosphere, the staff was very friendly and overall they really deserve 5 stars rated ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Pessima esperienza

Sono stata contattata dalla proprietaria della struttura chiedendomi orario di arrivo in lo poiché lei era affetta da influenza. Ho chiesto ripetutamente se la struttura fosse un hotel e avesse del personale poiché non comprendevo cosa potesse significare che lei avesse l'influenza. Mi è stato garantito fosse un hotel. Nonostante questo sono stata chiamata alle 22 in maniera indispettita per sollecitare l arrivo. La mattina nessuno era presente per il servizio della colazione in quanto la signora era malata. Ho fatto una pessima figura con il professionista che ho inviato alla struttura e per questo credo di non utilizzare mai più questo servizio.

Both the owner and staff were really helpful and accomodating. The property excudes the passion of the owner for her job. Every little detail is looked after by her personally, including the preparation of fresh delicious cakes for breakfast. The restaurant "Trattoria La Pignatta" is a few steps away. It offers tipical local dishes at a really affordable price. Highly recommended

Come essere a casa propria

Una splendida accoglienza con succo fresco e dolcetti fatti dalla proprietaria; la camera piccola ma confortevole, arredata con mobili firmati; la camera aveva un terrazzo con due sdraio che dava sul giardino ordinato e curato. La colazione e' assolutamente fantastica, con dolci, marmellate e succhi fatti dalla proprietaria e pane fresco appena sfornato. La proprietaria personalmente prepara caffe' e latte, questo scaldato sul fornello, proprio come a casa. C'era poi una meravigliosa crema di ricotta, sempre fatta dalla proprietaria. La saletta della colazione sembrava il soggiorno di casa. E' un po' difficile da trovare a causa della viabilita' della zona. La proprietaria ha anche fornito dettagliate informazioni culturali e gastronomiche sulla citta' di Modica. Complessivamente un'esperienza da non perdere.

Molto meglio delle aspettative!

L'accoglienza è stata ottima! Siamo stati accolti dalla Titolare che ci ha rifocillato con succhi di frutta e dolci tipici Siciliani, nella bellissima cucinetta della Villa ristrutturata, che funge anche da sala colazione. Devo dire che le aspettative erano già alte ma sono state superate, la titolare infatti essendo Architetto ha ristrutturato la villetta in modo stupendo, con un gusto sopraffino, e poi ... tutto molto confortevole. La colazione al mattino ... Eccellente, il parcheggio interno, comodissimo, il giardino molto curato. SUPERCONSIGLIATO!

Ce b&b est remarquable pour son accueil : chocolats - gâteaux - café et le sourire de Véronica qui vous donne des informations en français sur Modica,ses monuments, ses spécialités .les chambres sont très propres. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent et varié . L'accès libre à la cuisine pour se faire un café au retour de promenade est appréciable ; ce café peut être dégusté sur la terrasse couverte conjointe à la chambre .En résumė, tout a été pensé dans les moindres détails pour que l'on se sente bien dans cet endroit.

Fantastisk fint sted

Hotellet ligger måske ikke lige i centrum eller et kvarter med noget spændende at tage sig til...men dette bliver langt overskygget af hotellets høje standard. Servicen og personalets imødekommenhed har jeg aldrig mødt lige. Ved ankomsten har de anrettet lokale specialiteter, kager og slik til os. Hver dag får man friske blomster og slik på værelset. Egen aflåst parkering. Faktisk alt hvad man kan ønske sig - og mødes altid af et smil.
