Charming and cosy chalet for 8-10 guests. Recently renovated. Approx. 100m2.

Located 100m away from the Charmasson ski slope, and 200m away from the centre of the resort and main ski lifts.

Ground floor:
- Entryway/utility area with washing machine and sink.
- 1 bedroom with a doible bed, sleeps 2. Bathroom with shower and toilet.
- 1 small bedroom with 2 bunk beds. Bathroom fitted with a toilet and bath.
- Separate WC.

First floor:
- Large open plan kitchen/dining/living area.
- A second, smaller living room separated from the kitchen/dining area by a curtain. This living room is fitted with a sofa bed that sleeps 2.
- Bedroom with a double bed.
- WC with wash basin.

No smoking
Animals not permitted.

- Bed linen available for rental from 9€
- End of stay cleaning: 130€
