The Space:
Guests will enter through the front door using a digital keypad. Once inside, you will see the living room off to your left. It has a beautiful (decorative only!) fireplace, queen sofa bed, two arm chairs, and a large SmartTV.
Just beyond the living room, guests will find the first bedroom. It features two queen beds and another beautiful, but decorative only, fireplace. The second bedroom is just down the hall, to the right. In here you will find two double beds. The third bedroom is at the end of the hallway and it is the largest bedroom. In this very spacious bedroom there is a king bed and a SmartTV.
Our fully-equipped kitchen opens to the dining space. With ample counter space and all cookware provided, meal prep in the kitchen is a breeze! If you would like to take things outside, a bbq is provided in our fully fenced back yard!
Whether traveling with family or friends, our space is perfect for anyone visiting Mobile!

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.”

Our home is located on a corner lot in a residential neighborhood with street parking available.
Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

There is only street parking available.
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
