"I booked a 1 bedroom apartment . It was supposed to have 2 beds in the living room aside from the main bedroom. I was given a small studio . It was communicated I would have 5 adults and 1 child. 4 of us had to sleep on the hard floor with no accommodations, we had a pregnant woman and a disabled child sleeping on the floor. The manager was very rude she looked irritated with me because I was asking for solutions and she did nothing to help. No refund was given. Location is amazing right behind...

"We found a place very clean and quiet away from the busy strip! It was a good walking distance during the day no problem, but we had to take an Uber to reach our nightly destinations. There’s a cute little convenience store inside the second tower that stays open pretty late should you need some snacks or water. If you’re looking for a party hotel that is not the place, but being four girls in our 20s we were able to party and Uber our way back very easily. I would highly recommend."

"The place was clean and comfortable.It was easy to contact the host. The location was good. It took us about 20 minutes to get to the strip.(because of construction and traffic). Red Rock canyon was a half hour away. It was breathtaking."

"This is a great little property that would be suitable for small family - no more than 3 or 4 (2 parents and 2 kids). The place was very clean, well kept, and a great view. "I love staying at the Palm Place and have stayed many times before this. BUT, I absolutely loathed SVS. Poor and unprofessional customer service. Offered absolutely no value to the property or the owners. I highly recommend the OWNERS to reconsider their Management Service. I highly recommend PALM PLACE to band them in your bulding. They managed to piss off a loyal customer over a $5 part with a back/forth email thread and still offered no resolution. Absolutely useless service. ...

"Great location! Can walk to Strip easily. Pools were nice and relaxing but the option to go to the Grand Pool was a fun change. The hotel staff was great too! Make sure you have adequate for tips for the valets, bartenders and waitresses at the pool, and for the bellhops. The suite was nice and clean and comfortable and had everything we needed to cook up a good breakfast before heading out for the day. "

"Staying at the MGM signature private suites was an awesome place with a peek view of the sphere and direct access to the MGM Grand made this a perfect location.
