"Great area, walkable to the ByWard market, Parliament Hill, and the Rideau Canal for skating. Friendly staff, and the room was nice and clean. A couple areas in the hotel could use a refresh, but it has it's charm nonetheless. There's only valet parking offered, but there is an underground lot across the street. Would also prefer if the room had a safe. "

"great place if you want a bit more accomodation for a stay, gives you about everything youd need in a kitchen to cook food and has great furniture, I'd like to see a bit less empty walls or maybe a wall mounted tv instead of it being so low to the floor, the high ceiling definitely make it feel empty when you're travelling solo for work. Amazing cafe and restaurant inside, definitely feels like a premium place without breaking your bank!"

"The location was convenient. There are plenty of restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The room was adequate. The bed was comfortable with two types of pillow options--soft and firm. The body wash and shampoo were suspiciously similar...but smelled nice. My only complaint is that the hallway, stairwells, elevators, and especially the front entry area smelled off--like a mix of mold and maybe natural gas...I'm not quite sure how else to describe it."
