"Really nice hotel right on the beach. Looks slightly questionable from the outside approach, but really nice/funky modern beach vibe once you go through the doors. Clean with a super comfy bed. We didn’t use the pool area, but it looked great. We had coffee on the balcony looking out onto the ocean and it was perfect. "

"Overall it was very enjoyable. Wonderful view and great location. Should be advertised that there is no parking at the accommodation. You have to find parking on a nearby street which can be challenging. The listing says it is 1 bedroom but in reality it is a studio suite. Feel the bathroom needs a refresh. It looked old and needed more hooks to hang towels etc.. Again overall the stay was enjoyable."

"This was the perfect beach house for our one week vacation. 40 steps to the beach, quiet area and less than a mile to Belmont Park. Walk to shops and restaurants. Clean house, Comfortables beds, Direct TV, rooftop grill and great AC. 10/10. "
